They charge WAY too much for what you get. Rates go up every year. Landlady nails you for every charge she can think of. Cashes rent checks at different time each month. I think she hope she can get you to bounce a check. Pretty crummy. She's never in her office to answer questions. Only one car is allowed to park in the parking lot, irregardless of how many people live in the apartment.
