Since its inception in 1971, The Rolf Institute® of Structural Integration has been instructing and certifying Rolfers™ through a comprehensive training program taught by an esteemed international faculty. Rolfing® Structural Integration is a form of hands-on manipulation and movement education that systematically reorganizes the connective tissues throughout the entire body. Rolfing SI is a progression of ten sessions that work through the entire body in a systematic and holistic process to release, realign and balance the whole body in gravity.
