24 Hour is not a bad workout place. It has all kinds of equipment and classes. The staff is friendly and outgoing, and the trainers really know their job. But its a big corporation and like most big corporations it doesn't seem to care very much about its customers. I have submitted written suggestions and never got a response. Broken equipment stays broken for weeks or months. The men's locker rooms need more benches. (One of those suggestions that were never acknowledged) We're almost sitting in each others laps as we change clothes. There's plenty of room for more benches, I think they're just being cheap ( I have never been in the women's locker room but assume it too lacks sufficient benches ). The lockers themselves have only 2 hooks in them. They should have 5 or 6. (1 on each wall, including the door and a double hook in the center of the top) There aren't enough hooks to hang all my clothes, necessitating throwing them into the locker where they sometimes get dirty from the mud
