Founded in 1978, BI provides technology and research-based programming designed to reduce recidivism among low to high-risk law offenders. The company works with more than 1,500 government agencies nationwide, including federal, state and local correctional agencies. It offers offender-monitoring technology, supervision services via a national monitoring center, community-based treatment services and reentry programs for adult and juvenile offenders who have been released on parole, probation and pretrial discharge. BI has headquarters in Boulder, Colo. Its services and products monitor and treat more than 60,000 offenders and are available via more than 2,700 locations in all 50 United States, as well as six foreign territories.
