Established in 1985, Heritage Farm serves individuals with developmental disabilities. It offers support, respite care, coordination and habilitative services. The farm serves more than 100 families by providing training in farm-related jobs, such as caring for small livestock and working in greenhouse facilities and gardens. Additionally, Heritage Farm provides opportunities for community integration and communication. It also offers opportunities to work in woodshops and crafts rooms to make folk art. The farm provides transportation services, as well as conducts several cultural events and trips. It also has a gift shop that includes natural and handmade crafts. In addition, it offers assistance services. Heritage Farm is located in Bouckville, N.Y.
