I've only lived here three months and the apts are so old they are constantly repairing it. Not sure why they are just now putting in drain pipes. However they use cheap labor so it takes four times the amount of time. I was promised a move in date and they kept pushing it out. When I finally moved in there were cockroaches! And my shower wasn't finished (it took them two weeks to put up a new lining!) there are features to the apartment that are just there for looks. They have a very old heating system so it burns your cash. The managers a flake. My bulbs weren't new when I got there. All my plugs fall out of the wall. My floor slopes in many places. My garbage disposal had plugged up three times needing maintained. All the old pipes run into each other, and there's brown water. My landlord told me to stop putting things that don't belong down the garbage disposal. My rent check has been cashed more then 20 days late each month. The good things- the tenants are nice and there's mirror doors in both bedrooms. Oh and it's a 6 month lease.
