Eating at this establishment was the worst sushi experience of my life. Even at the peak of lunch hour both the cold and hot food lines were 2/3 or more empty the entire time. Quality was very spotty. Many of the sushi rolls were warm, the beef yakatori tasted like a charcoal briquette and the spring rolls were oily and undercooked. After not seeing a roll I wanted appear on the line I ordered it from a waitress and 30 minutes later when it still had not arrived I finally paid and left. The staff that were present did not seem to care in the slightest about the lack of quality or my wait for the roll I had ordered. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.

Great sushi. A lot of variety and the presentation of the rolls is excellent. The only hot/cold, two tier conveyor in the nation we were told. Mika was an outstanding waitress making sure we were well cared for. She even recommended something fresher than we were ordering! They're open everyday and mostly later than other places around.
