Beware! At Dimenison hair Design Bothell, they gave me a chemical burn of the scalp, while making highlights and coloring my hair! I have 20 years of experience of hair color and I've never met with such situation. I don't know what went wrong, probably peroxide was too strong, but when the hairdresser applied the color on my head I felt my scalp burn very strong. I asked to wash away the color before the reaction time was completed. When I came home, my scalp was aching, I noticed terrible looking wounds all over my head! I returned to the salon and the hairdresser said that it is a normal reaction because I have a dry skin, and she had a customer with the same problem! I did't get any refund or even an apology! This is a chemical burn! It's very painfull and I don't know if my hair will stay in these areas or if I'll lose my hair!
