Core Design is a planning, civil engineering and surveying firm that has been operational for more than 50 years. The firm serves residential and commercial development communities, municipalities and utilities of the Puget Sound Region. It offers a wide range of civil engineering services, such as conducting project feasibility and hydrologic studies. Additionally, the firm specializes in designing of road, water system, and storm and sanitary sewer system. Core Design also offers surveying services that include conducting boundary, topographic, route, construction, improvement and condominium surveys. In addition, the firm offers services for the development of apartments, condominiums and town homes. Some of its projects include The Enclave at Issaquah Highlands, Seasons at Mill Creek and the Magnolia Park at Issaquah Highlands. Core Design is located in Bellevue, Wash.
