I opened a family account in this store affiliated with T-Mobile network. The plan comes with 2 free mobiles and the third one for $30. few days after the purchase, my cell phone started to encounter connecting problems consistantly. At first, i thought I did not charge it comletely and I gave myself one week to try out the phone. 2 weeks later, my phone was not getting any better and I brought the phone back to the store and the manager in the Store told me that he could not give me a new phone because it passed the 14 day warrenty, which I had no idea about becaue no one in the store told me about this "policy" when I open my account. So I agreed to mail out the cell phone to the factory for repair and now, it is more than a month later, I still did not receive my cell phone and yes, I am paying for my monthly charge...
