In 1998, the founding partners of UHM Properties and concerned residents joined together to establish the Neighborhood Network Center Inc in the Grove Hall Corridor of Greater Boston to improve the lives of individuals and families who live in UHM Properties resident communities and the surrounding neighborhood. Twenty plus years later, NNC remains committed to the mission by providing innovative programs and services and partnering with other exceptional community based organizations and social enterprises that are dedicated to creating an equitable and just society by offering tangible opportunities for individuals and families to gain skills and acquire the resources for success.
