      I called to cancel their services, and the man THREATENED me!! He said his worker was a 'Big Guy' and would not be happy... He said he would FIND me, because he has my phone number!! I called the police and have filed a police report... UNBELIEVABLE!! Mister Flood is NOT the one to choose!

      unreliable and didn't care.

      completely unreliable. didn't show and left us in a bind for an event at our home. same company as carpet busters - beware
