This beautifully re-imagined historic gem, once the iconic YWCA building, is a mixed-use community with 210 studio and one-bedroom apartments, the Lyric Stage Theater, City of Boston Snowden School, Viga Eatery, Honovan Dry Cleaning, and the YWCA’s offices. Of the 210 apartments, 111 of these apartments are set aside for individuals currently experiencing homelessness and are supported through the National Housing-First model and social supportive services provided by The Pine Street Inn.
