The employees are rude as hell! If u call in a RX they tell u a hour and a half. The last time I called of was 5pm and didn't get the RX until 11pm. I was told it was ready earlier so I went to pick it up only to find out they never started it. They hangup on u so fast. The pharmacist was having a whole conversation with someone he knew in the drive thru anthers was like 9 people waiting. The employees were just walking around like customers were not there. One chick was more concerned with her register than helping people.

Horrible MEAN service from a pharmacist , little man w black hair. Wouldn't show his name tag. They didn't have meds to fill my script, the nice lady tried to call another walgreens, mean guy told her let the customer call & wait , you aren't going to. I drove an hour to get here. He was VERY RUDE! He was working on 3/2/15 at 10:02 pm. I never said a word. Felt sorry for the nice lady & didn't want her to get in trouble. I kindly said I don't mind calling & thank you...
Go somewhere else to get your RX filled because they are horrible. Not only have I found myself waiting FOREVER but they seem clueless. I was told by an employee of the pharmacy that the prescription for my daughter was ready. It was not. I drove all the way back up there with my sick child, waited in the drive through line (as not to expose people inside to her illness) for 5 car links (close to 40 mins...not to mention the 15 it took to drive back up there) only for them to tell me that it was not filled and "if I could just circle back around" to the same line that was now another 5 car links full. RIDICULOUS. The time previous to this incident, rather than drive home I asked when they could fill my prenatal vitamin script (which is A BOX no pill counting required) and they told me an hour and a half so I told them I would just run an errand and kill time and be back at that time. When I came back they informed me that they had forgotten to fill it and it would just take another half hour if I cared to wait. I was irritated and the male pharmacy manager spoke to me very condescendingly. I now get my prescriptions filled at Target and will never, ever go back to Walgreen's.
