I ordered a part on April 24, 2017 and as of May 5th I still don't have a part. Hmm, I am confused as I thought they operated a little better than this. It was prepaid, and should have been in.

I posted a review earlier and wanted to add that I called Swan Lake Hardware again and the owner's wife (I believe) did clear my balance. She already knew my story, but I re-explained my situation and I feel she did right by clearing the shipping charge. I'm still not sure I'll go back, but I feel they did the right thing by clearing my charges.
