We are a Non-Medical Home Care Agency located in Shreveport & Bossier City, LA. We provide our care service to NW Louisiana. Non-medical services primarily include assistance with daily activities like - light duty household chores, personal care, running errands, transportation, companionship, entertainment, bathing, dressing, physical & mental activities, med reminders, etc.... Our care service is also proven to be one of the best forms of preventative care. This is because we work directly with our clients on a routine hourly /daily basis for an extended amount of time. We are able to specifically cater to the clients very own unique care needs and personality. The client is able to remain at ease and less likely to be stressed, because they are receiving the care needed while in the comfortable surroundings of their own home. This gives the client and their family more control and power over everything going on which allows the family members to be more informed and when desired involved with everything going on. We provide certified nursing aides/caregiver to remain by the clients side on an hourly basis to help them in anyway necessary. We primarily provide our services to the elderly, but also provide care to those who are unable to care for themselves due to being post op, disabled or sick. Our company is staffed with a nurse and several certified nursing aides/caregivers of all different backgrounds. Our caregivers usually work inside the clients home and on a one-on-one basis, but we also are able to assist individuals while they are residing inside a hospital or care/treatment facility with the help and oversight of our nurse. We often work along side many other medical facilities & care providers in our area. Amenities

We have several highly trained and motivated caregivers all different backgrounds. Our one of our caregivers have been trained, screened for criminal background history, submitted authorization to receive random drug screens, verified previous care work experience references, and each is insured with our agency's liability, bond and workers Comp policy. Each caregiver is monitored and under the direct supervision of our on call nurse. Each caregiver is also to follow the care plan set created by the nurse during her routine consultations with client.
