      I WOULD NEVER SCHEDULE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

      I wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have to.

      I was scheduled for a Saturday cleaning from 3-5, never showed up, no call, nothing.
      When I called Miracle on Monday, the man said, that never happens and when I asked to re-scheduled, he hung up on me.
      I had emptied two bedrooms for the cleaning and had to scramble to find another carpet cleaner on Monday.
      We had no beds in the rooms for two nights as a result.

      VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

      Fantastic service excellent quality and a great price. Will call them again in the future. I can get my carpets cleaned twice for the same money it would cost to have them cleaned once by the big box brand.
