every time I've called to inquire about whether or not something is covered on our home owners, the answer is always no. We pay our bill and have for years but sick of their "pat" answers! Our well went out, not our fault but yet somehow it isn't covered? Wasn't it covered when we bought homeowners insurance? What is covered, apparently not much. Insurance companies want your money but they offer you no help in return. Better to drop insurance and just save for own needs as they arise. they are NEVER there for you. I have ask for our auto insurance to be reviewed, we are overpaying for older vehicles,.... still waiting.... they went up on rates because I had a fender bender, I was not ticketed, yet they added it on to my husbands truck, not my car, did not bother to tell us. So done with farm bureau!! We are charged $25 / year ...for what?, we have never been able to use any benefits from their so-called membership. plan to start on finding better options today!
