AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Would give 0 stars if that were an option. The only phone number they list doesn't take messages and when I called, they were closed during their self-announced operating hours. They will have your car towed for any reason at all, even if you have proper permits displayed, and they avoid helping their tenants.

We rented a 3-BR from Holton for nearly 3 years and never had any problems. They were always quick to fix any problems we had and took good care of the building. Their rates were affordable and friendly.
