With a clean look, a helpful staff, and easy access I would have to say that this place is hands down the best in Boone. I would definitely use them again. I don't know what that other person was talking about but if things were really that bad, then this place has done a complete 180.

Customer service is lacking in a big way. Calling to unlock a door is a confrontational experience and they obviously have no desire to have repeat customers. Rude and condescending staff. Hours are also ridiculously short considering that moving is an extensive process. I would never recommend them. I'll be happy to see this place shut down.
