I was sent a bill for services that I had already paid. Their staff stated that I had not paid at time of service and threaten with sending bill to collection and were the rudest, most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. During our conversation they found where I had paid and guess what I got nothing. Not a sorry an apology. What the guy said was are you glad that it was found otherwise you were going to collection. The doctor was also not great I had a second appointment schedule, but decided not to return as his advise actually caused me more pain and I had to go to another ENT that made a reference to unheard of ...which I interpreted as malpractice. I recommend finding an alternative to these BEEP I'm still having problems due to my visit and my ear drum is now busted thanks to this practice and they tried to charge me twice.
