We had two guys from Atlas Home Services here to install a tankless water heater when our nearly 20-year-old tank failed and flooded the garage. They arrived on time and had the whole installation completed within half a day. They explained the features and benefits of our new system, how it works and how to adjust the temperature settings. They were very friendly and professional.

We have been using our Navien Model # NPE-24052(NG) for a few days now and are very happy with how quickly we are able to get hot water up into the bathroom taps and that the hot water never runs out even if taking two showers at once and running the washing machine too.

We had quotes from two other plumbing services on the same model that were thousands of dollars higher than what we paid Atlas for the water heater. So we are very satisfied with the heater, the work done and the price too. We do recommend Atlas if you are looking for a new water heater.
