Terrible if not the worst customer service...wash a car easy, rectify errors,impossible it seems

One of the worst full-service car washes I've experienced in the area. Maybe at some point in the past they may have been good, but that is NOT the case now. I purchased one of their high-end wash packages and had to have the vehicle re-done twice because of a dull haze on the finish and also because they forgot to provide fully half of the advertised inclusives the first time around. So from the inexperienced line crew to the sub-par wash & wax & detail products to the poor quality of their recycled water, my vehicle was less-than satisfactory even after the second time around!

Passed through here and came out with a car that looked like I had just driven it out of the showroom. Also visited their new car wash in Largo, same results, Staff were very pleasant and helpful

Nice friendly people. Had love bugs all over my car and it was a mess. Car came out like I just dove it off the showroom floor.

I'll make it brief -- this is the best car wash I've ever used,anywhere, any time. I drive away from this place with my car unbelieveably clean -- inside and out. I've recommended this place to multiple friends and they all agree, without exception.NOTE: I didn't come to this site with the intention of posting a review -- I just wanted to know what time they open tomorrow morning.

My new AUDI was damaged in their car wash, the entire driver side mirror was torn off. Manager ALEX accepted responsibility, and signed my receipt confirming the incident, but will not pay for damages and parts! What an outrage! It will be an easy court case to win, however, and they will end up paying much more for this episode, which is now causing me to miss work for the necessary repair process. Stay away from this place.

It is very quick, and you get a free car wash when you purchase an oil change! Cheaper then the other places I have gone to to get my oil changed! They have food and drinks you can snack on while your waiting for your car to get done. Awesome place!
