The Bonaire Middle School serves more than 900 students in grades six through eight. The school offers an extensive curriculum of subjects, including English, mathematics, science, social studies and physical education. Additionally, it offers classes in language arts, information technology, music and arts. The sports activities offered include baseball, basketball, football, soccer, softball and track. The school, located in Bonaire, Ga., also offers a variety of extracurricular activities to its students. As a part of Houston County Schools, it supports various summer school and integrating technology programs. Its media center facility offers more than 5,000 books, including textbooks, newspapers, magazines and references. The Bonaire Middle School s staff includes subject teachers, paraprofessionals, autism and media specialists, counselors and nurses.
