I booked my appointment with the stylist and explained in detail what I wanted. I wanted a visible difference. I have light blonde hair and wanted deep chestnut lowlights and platinum highlights and a trim with side bangs. She rushed through because she booked my appointment too close to "the end of her shift" and I left the salon with wet hair. When I got home and got my hair dried, the only visible difference was the bangs which were ridiculously short. I have waist length hair so the cost was very high for the color, which was apparently my natural hair color. I really have no idea what she did because I did see her mixing two separate containers of color, maybe it was the rushed washing of my hair that didn't let any of the color actually take? So, I paid somebody to make me feel like I was keeping them from something more important and cut my bangs to match a kindergarten accident scene. Thoroughly disappointed.

I have been going to smart styles for about 3 years very pleased with their work and their affordable prices. The salon is always well kept and the customer is their first priority.
