I have been getting my nails done at Reflections for about 5 years now. Always friendly and service has been great.

I am new to Bolivar and have really enjoyed my experience at Reflections. I have lived in several other places, paid a lot of money for a cut, and I am much more satisfied with my service at Reflections. I have short hair and have to get a trim about every 6 weeks and I am never disappointed. Whenever I call for an appointment, they always try really hard to accommodate me even if it's last minute. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been going to Reflections for over 2 yrs. Julie J does my hair & nails and Cassie does my pedis, both do a FABULOUS job. I have also used Michelle & Terese for nails and Erin for haircuts. Every one of these ladies does a wonderful job and are all friendly, professional & appreciative of their clients. If you are new to Bolivar, check them out!

I was going to them for over two years, never had a bad experience until my last visit. The girl that normally does my hair was either gone/left so I had a newer girl. The color was not what I asked for and the cut left me in tears when I left. I will have to go to someone else from now and I still have to have this cut corrected which will result in going shorter than I have had my hair.

What a TERRIBLE experience! Went to get my hair colored. Lady doing my hair left for 35 minutes to get McDonalds. She came back washed it out and set me under the dryer. She said about 5 words to me the entire time. I was under the dryer for 30 minutes while worked on another client. My hair was dry for quite some time. She saw I was upset but didn't bother to check on me. I proceeded to counter to check out. Poor service...not to mention over priced! I was quoted one price on the phone and was charged double!!! PLUS the lady left shampoo in my hair!!! BRING A BOOK...and some PAIN MEDS...you will need them! BRUTAL!
