When you click to see this restaurants web page, you may notice that it says "serving the best in mexican food"..or something like that. Well this is more true than I can express to you. I have been eating at El Rodeo since I was a small child and have not once, had a bad experience. There fajitas are my favorite. They are wonderfully tasty and you can never go wrong! They have the best chips and salsa I've ever had! Ever! Also, the atmosphere is very nice. It will make you feel like you walked across the border. Everything is so delicious. They even have the good kind of queso. You know, the smooth white cheese dip that is good on everything that's on your plate. Go to El Rodeo, trust me, you CANT go wrong! Bess-Stockton, MO
