Shady. Very unprofessional, Would not recommend, they place purchase contracts on homes and try and wholesale during the contract period, if they don't get the deal they want they pull out at the last minute. Very difficult to get a response from their team and their attorney was absolutely horrible in not even reaching out to my attorney one time during the 4 week period of the purchase contract.
