      Visited Edward Hospital Immediate Care in Bolingbrook. I needed to be treated for a less serious conditions after my PCP regular office. Other immediate care centers I've been seen at have charged my co-pay of $30. When I received the bill for Edward Hospital immediate care the cisit cost me 4 times that of other immediate care facilities. After speaking with my insurance company they instructed me to call Edward Hospital billing center to let them know the procedure code was incorrect. After being transferred 3 times, I was finally able to speak to someone and they said they charged for an emergency room visit. I informed them that it was not an emergency room visit but rather an immediate care visit. I have learned a very expensive lesson NEVER to go to another Edward Hospital immediate care!
