      WinCo Foods owns and operates more than 50 supermarket grocery stores in Washington, Idaho, Nevada, California and Oregon. Its stores range in size from 90,000 to 100,000 square feet and offer a large selection of groceries, meats and produce, fresh bakery items, bulk foods and deli items. WinCo Foods was established in 1967 in Boise, Idaho, under the name Waremart. The company operated stores under the names of Waremart Food Centers and Cub Foods until 1999 when it changed its storefront name and corporate name to WinCo Foods. WinCo has headquarters in Boise and operates distribution centers in Woodburn and Myrtle Creek, Ore., and Modesto, Calif.
