I was told they were going to come on one of two days and never showed up.. I had to call to find out what was going on and then was told their truck was broke down now.. how could you forget something like that they... decided to the following week on their own and then try and charge me and I'm fighting them now what a bunch of jackasses!!!! These people are so dishonest don't go with their company!!!

I hired Timmy Tree Service to remove four trees. The people cut down four trees and when they left they would back tomorrow to grind out the trees. They never showed. I notified Tim that there were problems with all the trees because they were all coming back. He said he would take care of it. He said I should have put Round Up on them. He offered to trim off the stumps a little more and that's it. When I asked him to give me a bid on the neighbors tree that was hanging on my roof he gave me two bids. One for just the branch and one for the tree 360 degrees. Just like the confusion in tree removal again confusion was created. In the this case he just said he just meant he would trim the lower branches. When I said I had a bid in writing and he never said anything but hung up on me. I don't think he is an expert on trees whatsoever. Not knowing what time of year to cut a tree, he waffled on this point as well. I would suggest you never hire this guy.

Totally unprofessional doesn't even come close to the work this crew did. The owner comes out to give you a bid and tells you all the wonderful pruning and tree removal he can do for you. I ask if he is an arborist and he replies he is. But, what gets sent to your home to do the actual work is a crew that just wants to get the work done - fast. No care is taken in pruning your trees. Too much is taken off of some trees, other trees are pruned lopsided with one side high off the ground and the other side barely touched, and others are cut in a unnatural way. No owner came to the sight to communicate the proper pruning of the trees. When the crew comes back a second time to grind the stump - they forget to call to make sure I am home (which I am not). They grind the stump and my Japanese maple tree too, which was not suppose to be touched. The Oak tree that they cut the suckers off of is left with a dozen small tree stumps around it. They won't cut the stumps to the ground because it will "dull" their chain saws. I guess they don't make tools to cut the stumps. I will have to cut it by hand myself. My advise DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! You will only regret it. I'm sure everything will grow back (except the Japanese maple tree which is now gone), but I'm not sure if it will happen in my life time!

Tim was fast, great communication and was a great help in diagnosing my tree problem.

The work was extremely challenging because of our house location and the existing landscaping. But you fellows did a fantastic job, worked safely and did minimal damage to our lawn and garden. Timmy's Tree Service removed a 50-60 foot spruce from our back yard that had been blown down in last May's windstorms. Everything was done as promised and very neatly. There was no damage to our property during the removal. The workmen were very courteous and thorough, only taking about one-half a day to do the job.We had five bids from leadilng contractors and Timmy's was the lowest.We checked with the Better Business Bureau before ordering the job done. The BBB did have two complaints which they said were both resolved in a reasonable time. Timmy freely discussed the two complainte in person with us completely to our satisfaction.We recommend this company to anyone and would accept phone calls from potential customers.

We the Cox Family were extremely pleased with the work and attitude of Timothys Tree Service. They were respectful, hard working, and cleaned up everything. We had two big cotton woods in the back yard and they took them both out in record time. Not only that they gave us a great price on the job. If you are looking for a good price and awesome work I definitely recommend Timmy’s Tree Service. I was called the day before they were going to do the work with a tentative time that they would arrive and guess what…they were early. Timmy’s crew showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule cleanly dressed and shaven eager to get to work. After they politely introduced themselves they started in on a huge tree next to my house. The work took them a good 5 hours and they only took one break (lunch). I was a little nervous at first because of how close the tree was to my house but was amazed at how easy they took it down. After they left my yard and sidewalk was as if they had never been there…A+.

I was so pleased to come home and find trees that were cleaned out still looking like trees. I come from a horticulture background and have seen some of the tree work done in this area that passes for tree work (cut anything and everything they can reach from the ground). Not only were the trees outstanding but it was as if they were never in my yard, cleanup was impeccable. It all comes down to the old adage of “you get what you pay for!”
