The stylist who did my hair, Amber, is excellent in both color and cuts.The downside is they are quite expensive. $80 for cut/color (short hair), and $40 for a trim. This is quiet a bit more than I make per hour as a RN.

I called Rapunzel's about a week ago to do a practice up-do for my up coming wedding, when I made the appointment I asked if they would be open on the Sunday of my wedding, the receptionist said the stylist would be able to come in on a Sunday, So today I took the day off work and drove the 45 min to Rapunzels and when I arrived the receptionist could not find my appointment so she called the stylist, the stylist said that she doesn't work on Sundays so she didn't see any reason to come in and do my hair and so she canceled my appointment, but didn't bother to call me and let me know. I stood there stunned at the complete disregard and disrespect of this salon, I didn't know what to say I had been completely blown off by a so called professional business, not to mention I lost a day of work and was completely let down for getting my hair done for my wedding! please don't waste your time with this place they obviously do not care about their customers or treating people with any respect
