Great and just so professional! I came to Protronic's in search of a new graphics card for my custom-made PC. Joe, the Technician, not having the parts on hand simply directed me to a store that sold the graphics card and all the other parts I was looking for to build my PC! He even OFFERED to put the parts in for me for a SUPER low price! What a great store! 100% Recommended and definitely coming back !

This place is great. I had viruses on my computer and the technician Joe made a backup of my computer, wiped it clean, and then restored my important information. I also got a 15% discount because I am a college student!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Protronics was the most unprofessional "company" I have ever had to deal with. I took my computer there because it has viruses, and after a week I didn't hear back from them so I called. They claimed that they had left a message on my answering machine, but I never received a message. I asked them what number they called and they had a completely different number, and didn't even know which computer was mine. When they figured out who I was, got my correct phone number and figured out which computer was mine, they told me that they would get right to work on my computer. Another whole week passed without any word from them, so again I called to check on my computer. They claimed that they were really busy and that my computer was next in line and they would call me in a couple of days. ANOTHER week passed, no word. This happened for 5 1/2 weeks and finally they claimed I needed to pay an extra $130 more than the original price. I would never recommend them. Completely unprofessional.
