WATCH OUT! We just moved and had their "Estimator" come out to give us a bid. The bid was $1,260. But after the move we received an invoice for $2,127.50. We have moved 19 times with professional movers and never before run into this type of deceptive practice. They also showed up with NO tools for taking furniture apart. They should be turned into the Idaho Transportation Dept.

Terrible service! For a family of 4 on a very strict (military) moving schedule, they sent us 1 packer. She was amazing and worked her tail off but we felt like we needed to help pack to meet our deadline. Then the guys showed up to pack the truck. 3 guys and it took them a full day. They were very liberal with their breaks. On top of this, we found out that these guys weren't qualified to drive the truck out of the state and they had no idea who would be. That was May 29th. Here we sit, on June 9th, at our new duty station in an empty house Bc our belongings are still, as far as we can tell, sitting in Boise. We're only 13 hours away. Also, no one asked for our new address. We worked very hard and took a leap of faith by renting a house wo seeing it so that we could leave with the truck and arrive with it so we could have our things immediately. This is how every other move we've made has been. This move has easily been the absolute worst move we've ever made. All because they spread themselves too thin by moving everybody that called them instead of saying 'we're all booked for that time frame'. I'm sure the people who moved locally there in Boise, who chose to move and when, got their belongings in a much more timely manner. I feel as if we were punished Bc the military said we HAD to move and it had to be at a certain time.
