My daughter is very shy and was nervous. They are all so sweet and accommodating. Dr. Jarvis is awesome and not only did he explained the treatment to me but he also asked my daughter who is 6 if she had any questions and understood the treatment. He showed her a video that explained the process which she really enjoyed.
