So far, OnTrac has miss delivered 50% of the packages sent through OnTrac. Yesterday, one was to be delivered but was not to me. Tried calling customer service but was waiting for 17 minutes before sending and e-mail, as directed by their website if do not have enough time to call, and 24 hours later I have not received any contact regarding my missing package. Do not use this service!
