I started out at 190lbs and now weigh 145! This is a great program for me. I like the Dr. very much. I am very pleased that I took the step to go there. No pressure whatsoever and diet pills plus a program that gets you off of the food addiction cycle. I have lost an average of 8 - 15lbs a month depending on how I followed he diet and how much I exercised. I am still losing and sticking with this program and my quality of life has increased.
