Kendall came to my rental home today to give me a free estimate. HE BLEW ME AWAY!! When he arrived he greeted me and then put on shoe covers (I've never had another carpet cleaner do that) He was very polite and gave me a reasonable quote. I agreed to the price and he began to clean my carpet. Then he blew me away again! He vacuumed first, fixed a transition to my bathroom, and while he was cleaning he had 4 big fans setup to help dry the carpet. All of which I've never seen with any other carpet cleaner... I took a snapshot while he was cleaning. Wow is all I've got to say. I am so pleased. Karen
