This company has a service department. We have used them several times and each time we call for service, a technician arrives at our facility withing 24 hours of us calling! That is huge for us.

I am a buyer for a large company on Long Island. My production supervisor came to me in a panic as he ran out of product and had two shifts of workers standing around with nothing to do. I called Packaging Equipment Systems.. they had product on the floor and delivered it to me within an hour! They saved our hides!

Had to get some parts for a very old machine that was in my warehouse. A LOT of experience at this company. They were able to provide me with manuals, parts and technical assistance. Great company!
