The services my three dogs received at Cozy Noses Bed and Breakfast for Pets has motivated me to write my first review ever. As I have done many times in the past, when I would have a bad experience while patronizing at a restaurant or a store, I would let it roll off my back, but make a personal note never to patronage that establishment again. But, when my little guys have a bad experience, I am obligated to speak up on their behalf. I traveled to the Ronkonkoma area to spend the Christmas holidays with my parents, my siblings, and their families. As a result, I needed to board my little guys. So, I decided to board my dogs with Cozy Noses Bed and Breakfast for Pets for six days, which was also the duration of my stay. Before I go any further, I should note that during my stay, I called many times to check on my little guys and I was told that they were all doing just fine. But, when I picked up my dogs, that was not the case. To begin with, all three dogs smelled horrendous, and looked like neither had eaten in days. In fact, all three dogs had lost so much weight that I could count their ribs. When I got home, I took my little guys to the Vet and each dog had lost eight pounds each. In addition, one of my dogs had little red marks on the back of his left paw. I also could not believe how thirsty my little guys were once I got them into the car. All three dogs drank two full bowls of water. I could not help but wonder if they received any water during their stay. My final thoughts, there was nothing cozy about Cozy Noses Bed and Breakfast for Pets, nor did they treat my dogs as their own. For all my future trips to New York, I will find a more suitable place to board my little guys. A place that actually cares for those extended family members we love so dearly. There is nothing that a representative from Cozy Noses Bed and Breakfast for Pets can tell me that will explain the deplorable treatment of my dogs.

I have been taking my dogs there for years! I love the way they treat my dog as well as my family. They are very conscious about their cleanliness and it shows. Staff is always friendly and confident. Always feel so good about where i bring my girl and she always comes back so happy. I book my vacations around there availability!

I left my little shih tsu mix for seven days. He came home very, very lethargic but i thought that he didn't sleep well there. Finally after a couple days, I thought something was wrong. Took him to his vet who confirmed an infection and he was also partially dehydrated. He also gave him a B12 shot to build him back up. He is still on antibiotics. It's been a week and a half and he is just now starting to act more normal. I am not sure about the sanitary conditions there. Also why was he dehydrated?? This was his first visit and needless to say his last.

I have been bording my dog here for a long time and it is the best thing you can do for your dog! Befor i left i wanted to see were my dog was going to be staying and it was a huge run plenty room for him to run around and be him carzy self.The reason why i love it because it is so clean! but the person who said it was bad because thats funny THERE IS NO POSABEL WAY FOR YOUR DOG TO GET FLEAS WHEN THEY DISINTFECT ALL THE DIG RUNS AND THE WHOLE PLACE 2 A DAY and i asked about that and they said no case came in with fleas so suck on that!

I am very happy with the service at Cozy Noses Bed & Breakfast. I have been using them for years now. Every time we travel we leave both our dogs there and we have had no problems. Very clean place. Very friendly staff. I definatley recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to leave their dogs while traveling.

Horrible. My dog came home covered with fleas. The company refused to acknowledge they were to blame, even though my dog never had a flea problem prior. They were rude on the phone. I would not recommend this establishment. Beware.

Cozy noses is a great place for your pets. They treat each and every one of them like they were their own. My dog hears "Do you want to go to cozy noses?" and runs to the door. I would recommend to anyone. Baby does!
