I have used Terminix for probably 25 years. They automatically schedule and perform my services. This time I had the annual ant problem and as always they took care of it. The tech called to let me know he would be 10 min late past the 2 hour time window I was given, which I appreciated. He was courteous and friendly. Only area for improvement: it took too much time and automation to get to a person to schedule, as the computer tried to schedule me sometime in May about 4 weeks out and that was not acceptable to me. Once I got to a person I was scheduled the following week.

I've found that the service I have received has been very good. Communications have been excellent and the technician has always been on time. The technician has looked sharp and I love how they clean up as they perform the service. I have recommended Terminex before and I will continue to do so.

I have had Terminex treating my house for over a year. They have been unable to get rid of my german beetles and ants. I would chosen another company to take over which is much cheaper per quarter. Dacula Georgia
