I absolutely love their clothes for smocked and appliqued sets. They also have a few huge sales a year where the prices are unbeatable. Shipping can be longer than normal at the times of the sales but overall an excellent company!

Beautiful clothing, incredible quality, and I get some of the best deals on their web site for smocked and appliqued children's clothes. I've never had a problem with customer service as the other person mentioned. As for it taking awhile - if you order clothing for the new incoming season - there is ALWAYS a delay from any hand smocked manufacturer - get used to it. Usually it takes about 6 weeks for incoming clothes if you are purchasing direct from the manufacturer. Basically you are pre-ordering for the upcoming season.

Very Very disappointed in shipping and customer service! I ordered clothes from this website and still have not received them. I ordered them with 2-3 day priority shipping! It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received them! Called the number on their website and left a message and emailed them. I never heard back. So, I waited 5 days called again and someone answered. She said, 'oh I was just about to call you'! Right. She said, 'we are doing the best we can ...you might get them in the next week'. What?? ...this is the last time I order from them! Deal or No Deal!!
