I was totally ready to drop up to $400 (whatever it took) to get my hands/feet on a couple pairs of decent footwear. I had the cash, I had the time. Thing is, they couldn't have cared less. I found a pair of Brooks I liked on the shelf. When the 'sales dude walking around with a cup of coffee' finally finds me, he asks me what size I wore. I told him I wasn't sure (I was sitting at this point). Rather than taking a measurement of my foot (right?), he kicks the foot scale in my direction - I say 'my direction' because if I wanted to use that scale I would have had to stand up and walk over to the chair that he kicked the scale in front of. He was not about to stoop (so low as?) to serve me. He was too much into his coffee, I guess. I left. Place is a dive. The 'coffee dude' rides his bicycle to work and parks it in front of the store (I saw him do it one day, I live in the neighborhood). Buyer beware. This place don't care. Just try to call to talk to a manager! Go elsewhere.
