I have suffered for about a year from sciatica due to bulging discs in my lower back. I received a postcard for a free 30-minute stretch from the new Stretch Zone that was opening on Palmetto Park Rd which is close to my house so I gave it a try. I felt less pain after my stretch session so I signed up for 2 times per week sessions for 3 months. My stretch practitioner KB has taken time to customize my stretch sessions based on my individual needs. Over time my flexibility in my back and legs has increased and my pain is almost completely gone! I highly recommend the Stretch Zone for anyone suffering from back pain.
