They sold me a pice a furniture that sound like an old wood chair, they did all the imposible for not to help me, call many times but the dont give any solution, there technicians are a very bad trained profetionals rhey dint hekp the customer, in my house they agreed with me an see the problem, but they report the opposite, they dont give you a writing report to the customer, they robbed me now a have to pay for a defective piece, I'll never buy there again.

They have a very good selection of products and many associates to help, however I've found the quality of some of the pieces I've bought were very poorly built.

Rooms to Go was a great place to go when I needed furniture. Great customer service, good selection, fair prices. Easy delivery, I could go on. I'd definitely shop there again.
