      Terrible Service!!!

      Homeowners Beware - Called this company to service my main line drain. Did not do the job properly. Had to call in another company to fix what they didn't. Technician didn't leave an invoice detailing what work he did (not sure if he did anything; he showed up when I was not at home, despite being asked to be called BEFORE the technician arrived) and my credit card information was mandatory before they would even come out to my house. Now I know why!

      Horrible service. I would never recommend these people to anyone.

      Definitely call someone else if you need plumbing services.

      Our technician did clear the stoppage on December 28, 2009. No one was home at the time but since we had been called, we proceeded with the service. Our company policy is to call every customer prior to arriving, one half hour before. The work was performed and the customer's credit card was charged as agreed. If the customer would have read our invoice, it clearly shows that our services come with a warranty. Since we have no control if the customer calls another company, without letting us know beforehand, we cannot then come back out under the same warranty. We guarantee our work and would have gladly come back out. We disagree with the comment regarding horrible service: 1. We did arrive on the day promised. 2. We did clear the stoppage. 3. We warrantee our work. 4. We waived the $49 service call. We strive to satisfy every customer. Clem Winke
