She recognizes this type of litigation is inherently stressful, highly sensitive in nature and requires a higher level of compassion. As such, she understands the need not only for an experienced legal professional but also one who will devote the extra attention necessary for assisting clients through these difficult and complicated situations.

  Audrey Schneiderman has been practicing law in Florida for more than thirty years. Her practice was, and continues to be, exclusively devoted to marital and family law. This includes both simple and complex divorce matters, child issues involving custody and support, paternity, post-divorce matters, enforcement matters and modification. Additionally, she negotiates and drafts Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements.

  Joseph M. Landolfi, Jr., partner, heads the firm’s Trusts and Estates Law practice and focuses on estate planning and wealth preservation matters.  He also counsels clients with respect to probate administration, guardianship administration, and the structuring of trusts in connection with Medicaid qualification and special needs planning.

  Mr. Wasserman serves on several committees of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) including the Hague Task Force Committee.  Additionally, as a Fellow in the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), he provides services to parents seeking the return of their children who have been taken or retained by the other parent, all under the Hague Convention.  His firsthand experience and knowledge of other areas of law, such as real estate, estate work, corporate law, employment law and tort law, filter into his family law practice.  He is also able to provide additional assistance to his clients by having other members of the Firm who specialize in different areas of law render their expertise for the benefit of his clients.

  As a Board Certified labor and employment law specialist, Mr. Chotiner’s practice includes all facets of labor and employment law and litigation, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims based on race, gender, age, disability, national origin, religion and other legally-protected characteristics. He also represents clients regarding Family and Medical Leave Act claims and compliance, whistle-blower claims, workers’ compensation retaliation claims and claims involving employment contracts and non-compete agreements. In addition, Mr. Chotiner has extensive experience litigating claims for unpaid overtime compensation and minimum wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Florida law, including collective and class actions. His labor and employment law practice also includes preventative labor relations and counseling employers on their policies and practices, including drafting and revising employee handbooks, employment agreements and job descriptions, as well as training for management and rank-and-file employees. Mr. Chotiner has had a labor and employment law article published by the Florida Bar Journal and he has been repeatedly featured as a lecturer at labor and employment law seminars.
