Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any business. The owner, Karlos Maldonado, is a thief, and completely unprofessional. If you are thinking to try this place out because it is local, RUN. STAY AWAY. I made a big mistake when I first walked into a dry cleaning store claiming to be his "business". He doesn't actually run the business physically, only meets with you there on-call. I brought my laptop and a replacement screen for him to install. He ordered a cable claiming to be from Colorado(while charging me an extra $20 for faster shipping), but it from the tracking info it was actually from Hong Kong. After he attempted to install it, it turned out, after installing the cable on both my old and new screens they both had distorted color due to the faulty cable he ordered. While my old screen had a line down the middle, it never had distorted colors, but he still accused that my new replacement screen was broken. I was unhappy with the results so I asked that he returned the cable and I'd pay for any shipping charges. He refused, claiming that he spent time on it and demanded $65 from me. After some talk we agreed that $35 would be fair for my laptop as is, but the next day he changed his mind and demanded $65. Karlos still has my laptop and refuses to give it back unless I pay him. While I'm not expecting to get back my laptop, I highly suggest you avoid this place. Don't waste your time here like I did. You will regret it.
They replaced my laptop screen in no time and for a reasonable fee. Thumbs up!
