Masters arrived to perform a professional job. And Freddy did. The carpet cleaned better than I imagined. Honest, hard working and get it done. I was very impressed. Freddy pulled up the truck and utilized a 500 PSI machine with hoses. All is great, so I highly recommend in fine homes. I am particular and watched a professional.
Very happy with the service. Carpet was perfectly cleaned. Will use them again. The only thing to suggest is to call the client in advance instead of calling once they arrive.
Well, this is a good case of history repeating itself. Just like last year Fred did an extremely efficient job in bringing our carpets and rugs back to life. Freddy is punctual and is the consummate professional. His prices can't be beat and will use no one else for our carpet cleaning needs. Keep up the good work Fred.

At the time I started this service, I was concerned about who would be entering my home, because I was still working and that left my wife home alone. So I asked my wife, "How did the DryMist guy do?" She said, "OK". Never looked up from the computer. As I turned to walk away, she added that the DryMist technician suggested that I fix the door to the crawl space. "I finally got to meet Mr. Freddy Fernandez. I was very impressed. Now when Mr. fernandez comes to service my home, whenever I'm doing, I continue. I let him in, and that's it.
