Dr. Turesky is a deeply caring, compassionate, and personable licensed psychologist with vast experience treating anxiety, panic, depression, relationship problems, and stress. He also has specialized training in mindfulness-based therapies (e.g., ACT), the mind-body connection, and frequently works with many clients struggling with stress-related physical problems (e.g., chronic pain, headaches, muscle tension). His clients range across the lifespan from college students and young professionals to older adults. Depending upon your needs, he will work with you to create a customized plan in the context of a warm and nurturing atmosphere.
